ichime ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Hexa Blast Puzzle mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

• Usage Data: Game scores, play sessions, feature usage, and in-app events for analytics purposes.

• Personal names, email addresses, or phone numbers

• Photos, contacts, or other personal files
• Financial information (payments are processed by Apple/Google)

2. How We Use Information

• To provide and improve the game experience
• To save your game progress locally on your device
• To display personalized or non-personalized advertisements
• To analyze app performance and fix bugs
• To process in-app purchases (handled by Apple App Store / Google Play)

3. Third-Party Services

Our App uses the following third-party services that may collect data:

4. Advertising

We display ads through Google AdMob. On iOS, we request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before using your device's advertising identifier for personalized ads. If you decline, you will see non-personalized ads.

On Android, we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain consent for personalized advertising in regions where required (e.g., EEA under GDPR).

5. Data Storage

Game progress (scores, settings, achievements) is stored locally on your device using SharedPreferences. We do not store personal data on external servers. Online leaderboard data (scores only, no personal identifiers) may be stored in Firebase Firestore.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Local game data is retained on your device until you uninstall the App or clear app data. Analytics data is retained per Google's standard retention policies (typically 14 months).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy in the App or on this page with an updated date.
